Morning Session:

• Anatomy review, contraindications, and safety (1 hour)
• Hands-on practice: Palpation and basic strokes (2 hours)
• Feedback and discussion (30 minutes)

Afternoon Session:

• Hands-on practice for clinical cases (2 hours)
• Final Q&A and review (30 minutes)
