Morning Session:
- Anatomy review, contraindications, and safety (1 hour)
- Hands-on practice: Palpation and basic strokes (2 hours)
- Feedback and discussion (30 minutes)
Afternoon Session:
- Hands-on practice for clinical cases (2 hours)
- Final Q&A and review (30 minutes)
