Seminar Description
This foundational seminar introduces participants to Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) through a person-centered, evidence-informed lens. Designed for those new to IASTM or looking to refresh their skills, this hands-on course covers essential techniques, soft tissue biomechanics, and safe tool handling practices.
Participants will explore the theoretical framework and clinical applications of IASTM while gaining confidence through guided practice and interactive feedback.
